At Set Japan Corporation’s R&D department, we’ve been using Blender’s Geometry Nodes for several months, and we’ve been amazed by their potential. The community dedicated to developing and teaching their use is also incredibly active.
Blender may not have as many features as Houdini, but that’s not a problem. Blender’s learning curve is much gentler, making it more than sufficient for small to medium-sized projects. Houdini, on the other hand, offers a vast array of features, but it comes with a steeper learning curve.
We are currently looking for professionals with experience in Blender Geometry Nodes. While we might have considered looking for professionals with Houdini experience, we firmly believe Blender is more than enough for our needs.
By mastering Blender, we are confident that our projects will be a resounding success.
